Connect Friendly8 to 7,000+ apps with Zapier

Send your deals, invoices, tasks and form leads to any app, the moment they happen.

You run your business in Friendly8. But maybe your team chats in Slack, your bookkeeper wants a spreadsheet, and your projects live in Asana. Copying data between them by hand takes time and causes mistakes.

Friendly8 now works with Zapier. When something happens in Friendly8, such as a deal being won or an invoice being paid, Zapier can pass it straight to any of the 7,000+ apps it supports.

Connect in one click

  1. In Zapier, create a Zap and search for Friendly8 as the trigger app. Can't find it? Use this link to add Friendly8 to your Zapier account and search again.
  2. Click Connect, log in to Friendly8 and approve access. No API key needed.
  3. Pick a trigger, test it, add an action and turn the Zap on.

The connection shows your email address in Zapier. In Friendly8 you'll find it under Settings → Connected apps, where you can revoke it at any time.

18 instant triggers

Triggers fire the moment the event happens. Zapier doesn't have to check every few minutes.

App Triggers
Cust8 New Deal, Updated Deal, Deal Stage Changed, Deal Won, Deal Lost, New Contact, Updated Contact, New Organization, Updated Organization
Invoices8 New Invoice, Invoice Sent, Invoice Paid, Invoice Cancelled
Todos8 New Task, Task Completed
Marketing8 New Form Submission, Campaign Sent, Call-Back Requested

Each trigger sends the full record: the deal, contact, organization, invoice or task with all its fields, not just an id. You can use any field in your Zap without an extra lookup step. Every delivery is signed by Friendly8, so Zapier knows it's really from us.

Ideas to start with

  • Invoice Paid → Google Sheets: add a row to your bookkeeper's sheet automatically.
  • Invoice Paid → Slack: post "€1,250 received from Bakker BV" in your team channel.
  • New Form Submission → Mailchimp: add website leads to your newsletter list.
  • Deal Won → Asana: create a project with the deal name and value the moment you win.
  • Call-Back Requested → SMS or Slack: make sure someone calls back right away.

What happens behind the scenes

When you turn a Zap on, Friendly8 creates a webhook subscription. You can see it under Automations → Webhooks. Turn the Zap off and the subscription is removed again. You don't have to clean anything up.
